I've been eating at a deficit and losing pretty consisitantly. Yesterday I was still 300+ calories under and under on my sodium but I'm up 2 pounds this morning. How does that happen????I read on here all these "calories in , calories out", "if you eat at a deficit you lose" well how can I eat less than 1200 calories and GAIN 2 lbs???????
