Started Friday evening and now it's Monday morning, don't really feel like it's making much of a difference. I can have a BM 2 maybe 3 times a day. Have never really done a detox/cleanse before so I don't have anything to compare it to. On a good note I don't feel sick or anything.

Wow! What an inspiration! My stomach looks like those before pictures after 2 kids and I want to get it like you all's after pics. I see someone mentioned running 3 miles on a treadmill. Is cardio the only form of exercise you're doing or is weight incorporated in there somewhere?

BSN Syntha-6 is by far the best tasting protein shake out there from the many I have tried. It is not cheap but you did mention that we all get what we pay for. It's thin and smooth, not chalky like many others I've tried.

Great thread here, I've worn my Polar HRM when I am boxing but wasn't sure how accurate it would be. I assumed the Polar was for only cardio type exercises.

They repeated last weeks episode from 8-9 then the new episode from 9-11p. Yellow team beat the blue team & got to stay on the ranch for at least the next 2 weeks. Miggy went to the hospital & had to have her appendix taken out as well as a cyst and something else. Next day after surgery she walked 13 miles!! :noway:

I'd have to agree w/coronalime I WISH I could burn 337 calories in 20 minutes. Also I see you have a Sportsline S7 and I don't think those use a band that goes on you. Wow! I'm glad I read this since I was looking into purchasing the Nike+. I do have a Polar F4 but also looking for something that can tell me how far I jogged. I do have an iphone maybe there's an app that can do it.
