I agree 100%, I'm at the point now where I'll record it on my DVR and purposely wait until after the show has aired that way I can fast forward through the commericals and some of the gym parts.

Does anyone have a scale or any kind of device/gadget that they use to calculate body fat? I know most things out there may not be very accurate however I can not afford to do the bodpod and was wondering if anything else is recommended.

Any recommendations on what I could buy to calculate it? Isn't there a gadget for this?

Calorie counting really stresses me out as well. I don't have a problem plugging in foods from a restaurant or a box or a can but homemade items, to know what every single ingredient is and/or how much of each, the amount of planning and preparation is just too much for me. I don't see how so many people do it.

I don't mean to sound mean but it makes me feel better to know that I am not the only one that hates salads. :laugh:
