Did 7.5 tonight and could only get through 3 sets. Those lunges with rear foot elevated are killer- totally can feel my *kitten* burning which sucks and feels good at the same time!! I really skipped stage 2 and went to 3 because I wanted to lower reps to be honest. I work out at home and have no intentions of going to the gym- ill make do with what I have.
