  • Just checking in on you ladies!! you are all doing awesome!!! Ive fallen off the track with lifting. Ive the results from it, but cant seem to stick with it.   • Did you do physical therapy to help with range of motion and strength? Lifting is fine as you start light and don't exaggerate the chest presses and push ups.
