Changes?
Has any of you seen your body change ( not just in strength gains but body shape- inches loss and decreased BF%) while doing this program and not eating really great? I don't eat really too bad- but not super clean and most days are at maintence. I do have weight to lose but summer time is just so busy and its hard for me…

Recovery time
How many of you are taking the allotted recovery time between sets? 105 sec is sooo long!!! I do take recovery but after abut 60 secs I'm ready to go!!

so, I am 28wks and still running and looking for other running mamas. I am still able to run 3-5 miles 4-5x a week pretty comfortably and plan on it until I can no longer do it. Ran a mile as fast as I could...
or atleast as fast as I think I could.... 7:15. Want to get faster so I can run the mile race here in a 6wks. What kind of speedwork should I do my fellow runners??? I'd like to be between 6 and 6:30...its that reasonable???? thanks all!!

which do you use?
If you are using a pacing/distance unit, which are you using? What do you love and dislike about it? Is it accurate? Does it also show your HRM and calorie burn? Is it a GPS capable or a sensor/foot pod? I don't know how happy I am with my current unit and wanted to see how others feel about theirs. Thanks in advance…

working moms and cleaner eating
Who in the category does and does it successfully?? I barely have to time to cook as it is, let alone to not use pre-packaged/processed items to help complete dinners. In the evenings, I get home about 6-630 and then need to fix dinner and still get in a workout. I like to go to bed about 10pm. ANy suggestions????

I am 5'3'' and looking to lose 10-12lbs. I need some help wih carbs/fat/protein ratios to make tthis plateau break. is your body is stuck at a certain weight??
Do you think that your body gets to place where the weight just wont go any lower? Even though you may think it should? I have maintained the same weight for over a yr, however it isnt what my goal weight is and I really wasnt trying to maintain. Does anyone else experience this?
