Maybe do HIIT afterward if you are feeling it's too easy or maybe you need to up your weight.

That's mostly it for me too- dent have the extra time or patience to stand there and wait. I feel unproductive after I feel my body is ready to go again and I haven't used all the allotted time. Lol

Thanks for the info!!

Yay!! Glad to hear it!!! I'm halfway through stage 3 of NROLFW and plan on doing 4 and 5 for sure. Then go to BT of Supercharged.
-
No, don't think like that. You may not see the scale move but you'll see inches and BF% go down. That's huge and a great way to see fat loss!!!
-
Congrats!!! You definitely look smaller then 236!!!
-
Did you buy Two Sizes or Supercharged? I picked up Supercharged from the library and havnt really read it- skimming through the program. You get the benefit of picking and designing your own workout which is great but I'm kindof lazy and like being told what to do and how many sets and reps. LoL. So I'd use his sample…

Nice losses both inches and the scale!!!
-
True that!!!
-
That two sizes book was just released in April so Im sure there aren't too many reviews out there. CCG- what do you consider a modest deficit? TDEE- 20%? I don't see why inches would come off with NROLFW if the nutrition portion was decent.

I couldn't agree more!!!
-
Never heard of it! Ill have to check it out!

Most women don't perform kegels correctly.. There is physical therapy for incontinence and that's the best place to start. I'm a women's health therapist and we get a lot of great results with therapy.
-
Go get some physical therapy.

I started with just Swiss ball and DB that range from 5- 60. I'm halfway through Stage 1 and just got out my bar to do dead lifts with. I'm not using it for squats because I don't want to mess with getting it on my shoulders so I just do a more challenging squat- the variations that were linked on page 1.

Great!! Ill take a look, thanks!

Depending on what you eat, go ahead and eat first. When I run, I can't eat first but I'm sure I could before I lift.

Yep. Sierra...I believe that you are right!!

I was pregnant from feb ( found out) to oct and ran the whole time managing a total of 410 miles...not great but I am happy I was able to run throughout my pregnancy. I've ran a few times since having chunky butt, but not what I'd like!! Shooting for 1000 miles this year.. Already signed up for a half in may and a few…

Those are great goals!!! Running is a way more mental then anything!! I want to decrease my BF% and get to pre pregnancy weight ( had baby 3 month ago). Beating my previous half marathon time would be sweet too!!
-
I agree Sierra! I'm not following the diet but just trying o lower my carbs and increase my protein. I'm on week 2 so I won't be starting exactly from the start but close enough. Sam

It seems like I will need to start over next week too....this week was suppose to be week 2 ( thankfully I wasn't too far- lol) but I havnt had the time with all of our Christmas'. I hope that I can find a routine that works as I will be going back to work as well after been off on maternity leave. It will be challenging…

These darn holidays are stalling my workouts...I was only starting week 2 so I may just start over...it's Wednesday and i havnt done a workout yet this week. Ugh!!! Got to tonight!!!
-
Awesome!! I also have treadmill, bench, barbell and some plates, Swiss ball, sandbag and dumbbells. I really want to make this work for me :)
-
I am starting week 2 tomorrow. I've started this before but didn't get very far so I am determined to get through it. I am doing this at home also.
-
Do you think that the results can be just as good as if we were doing this at the gym?
-
Holleysings- thanks!! It feels like it wasn't takin me long enough although the short workouts are nice!
-
Stage 1 takes me about 21-23 min....makes me wonder if im not lifting heavy enough. But I feel like rest times are about appropriate. I'm ready to go in about 50sec so fairly close.
