I attend ZUMBA at my local gym twice a week. It's an hour long. I love the class, it is so much fun.

I am a former WW. It did work for me. I was on weight watchers for couple of years and just decided one day that I could do it on my own and fell off.

I think you should increase to 1200 cal. I have read that if your under 1200 calories you will not lose weight .

I do attend ZUMBA at my gym. I base it on the dance for about 60 minutes, burning 500 and something calories. I have lost inches in doing the class.

Good Luck! I think everyone should cleanse their bodies from the bad toxins in our body every once in a while especially those that are trying to loose weight. I don't it's nothing wrong with it.
