Okay, so this is my 2nd time trying this. The first time I lasted 2 weeks, and stopped keeping track but now I'm in it for long term (promise). The last time I hit the gym hard, I ended up gaining weight (not sure why). Everyone on here seems very inspirational and I think if I stay focused I can do it!!
