Well my doctor told me to eat 1600/day and workout 3 days/week and the weight/inches should start to come off. Im 66inches

Thats why I just eat 1600 calories/day(after research with MFP method I found I lose at this amount) and dont log the exercise calories to eat back.

Do you eat nuts, PB, other non-dairy toppings.....there are plently of options research and plan.

I just do 40/30/30. If you think you feel better with less carbs change the percentages...

Sounds like to me your body is wanting to eat on a SCHEDULE and not sparingly. You need to fuel your body on a regular basis, if not the CRAVINGS will start attacking...
