Thanks for your feedback! I was looking at as I was almost losing a 1/2 day of food and thinking...that can't be right! lol I will have to watch my weight a little closer (something I really haven't been doing) and use that as an indicator!

You could have low iron. Try taking a supplement. I sit behind a desk all day long as well and find it helpful to walk around once an hour. Even it that means walking to the bathroom or to get water. I own a Blendtec...and I absolutely LOVE it! It is as good as the Vitamix...Vitamix is expensive because it pays for alot of advertising (FoodNetwork etc.) Blendtec is the brand that is used in Starbucks for their frappucinos...it's great!

I gain 5-10lbs ALL THE TIME!! I also crave anything salty and chocolatey! It's water weight, I usually amp up my workouts around that time and try to eliminate anything salty (easier said than done sometimes). Don't get discouraged! You will be back to normal soon enough!
