haha that's funny I feel like today is first day of spring too! Sun is out here in Ireland and we've blue skies for once I'm feeling all springy too! I've 13pds to go to reach my "Ultimate Goal Weight" that i set here, i might change that again when I reach it. But feel free to add me :smile:

I agree the scales is just a number, you look fantastic as you are. I would concentrate on toning and building lean muscle now. I dropped a dress size with only 4.7 pound drop on the scales. It was the inch loss from toning that got me into a smaller size not the weight loss.

I did the 30DS last Nov/Dec and had great results I've just started it again today. Make sure you take lots of measurements for me the inch loss was the big difference. I dropped a dress size, had to go through my wardrobe and get rid of a lot of clothes that were just too big and I fit back into clothes I haven't worn in…

Excellent job i'm just finished Level 2, did day 1 of level 3 can't say I'll miss Level 2!! You are doing brilliant I haven't done my measurements yet but I can see the difference hopefully we'll both get great results :)

wow you got amazing results well done! I'm just on day 6 of level 2 I've a long way to go to get to my goal weight but i want to tone as well as loose the pounds while getting there. You look amazing in your pics super toned! :)

wow you have done amazing! I haven't tried it properly myself I want to get closer to my goal weight first but I've seen people get amazing results doing the Jillian Michaels 30 day shred. Do a search in the fitness and exercise section for people that have done it. Bet of luck and and enjoy the hols :smile:
