Hi Linda! It sounds like you have been through a lot and are an over-comer! I think you should focus on small activities and build your way up. I really liked the Weight Watchers program as well. Walking is great exercise :smile: Good luck!

Putting it in the trunk of the car is a great idea. I've actually dont a lot better with this issue as of late. I am a pretty good judge of my weight with how my clothes feel. I'm learning how to read my body more than I have ever before. I can't eat nearly as much as I used to and exercise makes me feel amazing. Thanks…

People are so rude now! I was also on POF, I posted that I was "a few extra pounds." Well that was all dandy...but once the conversations would go so far and the guys would find out that I wasnt sleezy/ looking for a hook up, they would pull the weight card. Didn't bother me a bit, because people are always going to talk…
