okay so what if you dont have gym equipment... or a gym near by what can you do at home?? I know I need to add in strength training but what? I am doing insanity right now.

moderation is always key. When you do have Pizza have only the serving recommended not 3-4 slices or whatever. I think of course it is blowing the workout it for the day if someone tons eats junk. But I also think a person doesnt need to be completely restricted all the time, other wise it because a battle of will.

I have been at a plateau for almost a year. I havent given up, keep switching it up and tring new things. Its frustrating believe me. 50 pounds gone in two years. Not one month never 18 pounds in one month, it has been dreadfully slow 1-2 pounds weekly sometimes monthly.

yup yup yup we do it together go thru everything see what we need. as long as he has popcorn he is good. LOL which is fine by me too! Sometimes I'll let him go it alone but then I spend extra time going back to the store. LOL

I get odd readings if I am walking and my arms are straight down swinging.. lower than the strap it will keep searching... but if I keep at a good pace and my arms bent, not only to my fingers not swell as much but I get a consistant reading,each time.

sweets! for the past few weeks I cannot get past it. I had 3 cupcakes today. Lucky they were low can and yummy but I could not resist. i had my hubby toss them for me into the bottom of the trash. I am usually not a big sweet eater. Def emotional eating as well. Bored, happy, sad, mad ugh

everything I have read is eat withing a few hours of working out either before or after. Especially protiens to repair muscles. I eat afterwards like an hour later.

Plateau for months and months and months. Tried the whole eat more to weigh less. I gained 6 pounds in 3 weeks. Now I am working off that 6 pounds gonna try something else. So I am looking for suggestions too!

Family is having frozen pizza as I work. I get nothing, over indugled at lunch I am shocked a brisket sandwich had 790 calories!! Maybe some cereal? or some yogurt.. SIGH......
