  • My vote goes to insnaity as well. It is a challenge and a different workout everyday of the week. You do repeat them weekly, but you also see the benefits in fit tests and how much better you are at completeing each dvd.
  • Include her in what you do. Not this is what I think or this is what I do. But would you do it with me type stuff. WIll you help me cook. Let's try somehting new approach.   • Yes its called Crepitus. My husand cracks and pops with every bend and squat he always has. I dont think it is a precursor to arthritis. he doesnt seem to have any problems. We will be married for 20 years in may. no problems for him.
  • open your diary so your food can be looked at. 3 pounds isnt a concern, water weight, clothes or not, time of day. same scale. All things to take into consideration. you can move up and down 5 pounds daily, from water weight alone.

  • Depends on the day. Typically at 6 AM. at 645 I get the kids up. But if I want to sleep then I do. I too work so when I get off work and cook dinner and do homework. I do it then.   • No pancreatic cramps that I have ever heard of.. From everything I have ever read if it is a left side cramp, it is your stomach too full, and causing the pain..
