  • I agree with jaime. Your best bet is to get a hrm online or at your local Target. which is where i got mine. I burned 250 cals with the fit test and im 4'11 weight 120 lb. i will do some research on this and repost if i find something close.

  • It only took me about a week to adjust last time so we will see this time around. I would say to push yourself as much as you can bc once you do and you keep going that is when you gain the strength and energy that will help you keep going. I noticed the days I was having a hard time but pushed myself and didn't let myself…
