I'm in fort riley, kansas and it seems like the commissary here is the cheapest option :/ we only have walmart and dillions (kroger) here and they're both alot more expensive than the commissary plus we pay almost 10% tax off post! I know people here like to go to HYVEE but im not much for driving 30 minutes each direction…

In this challenge you aren't required to do a BeachBody workout, all you have to do is workout and eat healthy!! It'll be fun!

I throw in some vegetables sometimes but i ALWAYS throw a chicken bouillon cube in the water while its boiling! Delicious!

Brazil Butt Lift is amazing. I've personally got great results and so have people in my challenge groups that have done it!

I'm pretty particular about my scales. If it gives me different readings I automatically return it back to the store. I use the same scale everytime, and weigh in once or twice a week. Luckily, I work in a school and utilize the nurses office scale to weigh myself :laugh:

awe i know what you mean, thats cool that you're able to work with your husband. I worked with mine for a while before he joined the army, at a hospital, and i HATED working with him. He was "that jerk". haha

awesome question kelsey! I read somewhere to avoid rewarding yourself with food, because you are not a dog lol! I usually go shopping for new clothes when my old clothes get too big! thats my reward :)

Weight loss is 80% nutrition and 20% exercise! Eventually you may want to tone though, thats what im working on now :)

the 30 day shred IS difficult at first, but so is any workout you first begin. I began my weight loss journey with 30 day shred and I probably lost a good 30lbs ( I had alot to lose) and I loved it, its quick and fun! Kinzie
