Currently I do 3x/week Zumba and 2x/week Elliptical and weights. I love my Zumba classes although I'm planning to add in some kickboxing or bootcamp style classes to switch things up next year. Oh and I do long walks Saturday and Sunday mornings.

So inspiring seeing all these pictures! You all have made huge transformations and look great. Keep it up and thanks for the motivation to keep pushing.

Nice job!!

I walk early in the mornings around 6:30am and workout at my gym after work. I'm looking forward to the weather cooling down so I don't have to wait until 7:30pm to do a long afternoon walk.

Count me in! Sending a request now.

<-- One more over here! Tampa! :-)

I've never liked the taste of sweeteners, so I will use sugar or honey.

Amazing transformation!

I'll have to try it sometime. I've heard a few people on MFP as of late mentioning how good it was.

I just ordered the Alta today! Can't wait to receive it! I had purchased the Charge HR around the holidays when it went on sale but returned it after a month because the heart rate monitoring wasn't accurate at all and it was too bulky for everyday wear. I love that the Alta is smaller and you can change the bands. I just…

I'm pretty active on here. :-) feel free to add me.

The more the merrier. Let's keep each other motivated! All are welcome to add me!

I take a lot of Zumba classes since I love to dance and my instructors keep the classes at high impact. I take Orange Theory classes every now and then too. They are intense classes but very good workouts. I use the elliptical if I'm not in a class and sometimes the rowing machine. I lift weights as well and recently…

You look amazing!! All I could say was "WHOA!" when I scrolled and saw the after pic. I love your story and it's very inspiring seeing that no matter what the obstacle, you can lose weight and feel great. You must be so proud of yourself! Fantastic job.

What a transformation! Fantastic job!

I don't treat myself with food or do "cheat days" since I really don't deprive myself anyway and eat what I feel like but stay within my calorie limit. So instead I will reward myself with new workout clothes, especially cute workout tops, and sneakers.

I'm in! Let's do this!

I'm just shy of meeting my challenge goal by 8.8 lbs BUT because of this challenge it motivated me to lose as much as I could by the 25th. For that I'm grateful because I've lost 16.2 lbs for a total of 32.8 lbs that I've lost since July. I still have a long journey ahead to make my ultimate goal but I'm proud of making it…

Aww!! That's so nice! It's such a plus to be with someone that is supportive and even motivated to join you. Wonderful!

Same here! These days my first stop in a department store tends to be in the athletic section. I love buying new workout shirts now and putting my fitness outfits together. I never ever did that before. That and buying new sneakers.

My light bulb moment was when I started noticing swelling around my ankles because I was basically sitting all day long. Sitting at work, not working out and coming home to sit more to watch TV. It really scared me! I was living the true definition of a sedentary lifestyle 5 days a week and I hated that feeling. I was…

Bravo!! Go you!!

9.6 lbs away from my goal for the 25th. I'm going to give it all I've got in this home stretch and see if I can get as close as possible. Congrats to everyone that have met their goal and those that are over their goal!! Bravo!

I have mine set at 2lbs a week but so far I've averaged around 1.5 - 1.8lbs a week loss which I'm fine with. My calories are set to 1350 per day and I workout 5-6 times a week. I only eat back about half of my exercise calories if I'm hungry.

Hi everyone! I tried a couple times with MFP but only in July of this year did I take my health/fitness (and this app) more seriously to try and lose weight. Like others, I've struggled with weight my whole life and in college lost over 50lbs but failed at maintaining it and gained it all back over the years plus some. In…

You're not alone, I'll add you!

I'm going to be honest and say I have no intentions to "eat right" on Thanksgiving. Lol I'm eating a little bit of everything and most definitely will have leftovers the next day. BUT....I am working out everyday until Thanksgiving and going back to the gym that weekend again so I'm not worried about it. During the rest of…

It's never too late to jump back in and make a healthier change. Welcome back! I know exactly where you are coming from. I started back on here after weighing in at my heaviest ever and decided I needed to make a change for good this time. I also struggle with impulsive eating. But with the help of the app, I've really…
