I'm currently doing the 30DS and find it intense. I did some Billy Blanks too. I loved feeling empowered by the kicks and punches! I think the most important thing is to find something you enjoy so you stick to it.

Thank you! Is it harder than ripped in 30? I read someone recommened to do 30 day shred then ripped in 30. Where would you put in BFBM?

I just finished day 5. Not nearly as sore and I did "real" push ups today! Could I be improving already? I hope so! Ha ha!

I'm on day 3 of 30DS and I'm glad I found this post because my legs are so sore from the lounges and I was confused about doing it everyday when I'm so sore! I think I'll take a rest day once or twice a week as well!

I am on day 3 of the 30 day shred. I find the workout itself isn't too bad but it does leave my legs sore which makes the next day's work out tough. I love it though. We'll see if I still say that in a few days :)
