I like to pour some Kraft Free Zesty Italian dressing over boneless, skinless chicken breasts and baked them. It gives them a little kick, and works well with salad. It's easy and fast.

I am in love with Under Armor compression gear (capris, tights). They hold me in SO well! I usually get them at the outlet so they're a little cheaper.

Me too on the clothes. Oddly I don't do the other before going (usually not for a couple weeks too). I'm afraid I'm going to get lectured that the hair is there for a reason lol.

Also... Make sure you are eating enough; keep those daily net calories at 1200 or above!! I've made the mistake of burning too many calories for what I've eaten and all it does is cause damage. It's possible that maybe you're losing fat from other places and maybe it's making your belly look bloated? Or you're eating too…

I agree!! I can testify to the fact that cardio will eventually lead to a plateau!! It's happened t me! Add strengthining...Your body needs it and it will help your weight loss (and your inches lost!).
