I'm not so sure if that's true. Some of the things that I log seem like they have way more calories than MFP says. I just try to under estimate. How do you see my calories? Can you see my food log too? I can't see other people's?

It doesn't matter to me. I just keep hearing some people weigh in every day and some people weigh in every week. I did it! Last night I did pilates and fitness blend. I couldn't do all of both but I did half of each one. That's a start. And my legs are actually sore today!! Yay for me! Thank you everyone!!!

huh. Interesting. I just know that carbs breakdown into stored fat and jacks up the insulin, right? I just want to limit the carbs right now until we can get on track. My kids love tortillas and bread. That needs to stop. Thank you for your suggestions though:)
