hand weights ideas

Ok. I don't get my elliptical until friday. i have a yoga mat and hand weights at home right now. I know that I can start off by doing yoga and lunges, but does anyone have a workout routine for like 20 min to 1/2 hour that i can start? I have a big ol belly that i need to get rid of and my thighs touch. Yuck. Also I am very broad in my upper body. Does anyone know how to get that down too? I basically have chicken legs with big thighs, big belly, back fat big chested and double chin. UGH. Help!!!

Jillian Michaels 30 day shred is available on YouTube - nothing but a mat and weights required, and around thirty minutes. I also like Ellen Barrett - you'll find some of her workouts on YouTube also.
There are a ton of other workout routines free on the Internet - try searching the forums, and I bet you'll find lots of links.
