  • I know exactly how you feel! I always say "oh i'll go to the gym tomorrow because im too tired today" or my favourite "i'll eat what I want today and then start being good tomorrow". I've also been looking for people to add who are a similar age to me and in the UK so I've added you :)
  • Eat healthy, exercise, drink more water - simple. Good luck :)
  • I wouldn't worry about it! I go over my sugar allowance every day but it's mainly due to eating fruit. If I eat a few slices of pineapple it puts me over my sugar limit. Seems silly doesn't it!
  • Hi - I'm in Doncaster, feel free to add me - I've had MFP for a while but have been slacking with it big style so could do with a few friends for motivation/encouragement :)
