  • Hi gang! Rough day so I am logging in late. I caught one of my employees stealing today and then I was ticked about something else at work.   • I can't believe you are doing a 65 second plank! Great job! Are you doing the high planks on your hands or on your elbows? I can hold high planks for about 30 seconds but I can only hold the elbow plank for about 15 seconds. :(

  • Hello all! Sick day for me....stayed home from work. My last hard workout was Saturday so I did some yoga yesterday and today when I was feeling okay in the evenings. I'm glad though because I realized that I have gotten more flexible since the last time I did yoga. I really enjoyed it. My ankles need work though. :)
