  • Hi gang. I ended up finding some free time and went to the gym for a walk/jog on the treadmill. Phew....because tomorrow is going to be a busy day. Fun, but busy.   • Good morning! I have a busy work day so I will head to the gym tonight. I think going back to the gym may have been a good decision. My triceps are so sore in a way that has not occurred doing DVD's and weights at home. The tricep is a huge problem area for me so I am happy to feel them being worked. Yay!
