  • Good morning! I am on day 20 of the 30 day shred so I am happy to only have 10 days left. I finished my workout today and am thinking about what I will do tonight, although I get home later from work than normal. I'm not sure what to start next (September 30th). I need variety. Any suggestions?

  • Good morning! I am lacing up now to complete my shred for today. This is my last day on L2 which means I only have 10 days left! Then I am off to Colorado on vacation with family. Yay! I will be happy to move on from the planks but I love that I tried something new and have gotten stronger. Have a great hump day!
  • Good afternoon! I got in my 30DS and my arm challenge in this morning. I am planning to fit in some Tae Bo this evening. I'm pushing for no less than 1 hour of working out per day this week. I hope to see some results this weekend!
  • L2D9 done! I got through majority of the plank work today so I feel a bit stronger. I still can't make it all the way through the ab planks and the jumping jack planks. I always have a few seconds left when I drop to the ground. Tomorrow may be the day!
  • The great thing about having a bad week is that you can pinpoint where your areas of weakness were. If you weren't watching your calories, it will probably be important to meticulously journal your food. You can definitely do this! Tanya

  • Good afternoon! I was feeling so tired this morning so I ate some protein and did the 30 day shred. I felt so much better that I did a 3 mile walk as well. I have a turkey chili in the slow cooker for some low calorie meals this week and need to focus on my water for the remainder of the day. Have a great Sunday!

  • My arm workout will be this afternoon since I have some other stuff to do this morning. I already did the pushups and will finish the rest after lunch. Those dips are going to burn!
  • I got in my Zumba class, immediately followed by 30 day shred. I should have spaced them out because I didn't give 100% during the shred. I just needed to get both done so I could fit everything in today. Now I am tired and will go lay in the pool. :) That was part of my schedule. :bigsmile:

  • Good morning, all! I got in my 30DS this morning as well as some arm work for an arm challenge I am also participating in. For the first time last night, I felt my tricep (through a lovely layer of fat - boo). I was very excited! :)
  • Wow! I am sorry to hear about the injuries. I truly hope you get better very quickly. Don't hesitate to see your doctor as he/she could possibly offer some solutions to heal sooner.
  • Day 10 (D12L2 for me) done. I felt fairly strong today (on modified versions) except for the last set of planks. Gonna keep working on those!
  • Good morning, all! I got in my 30 day shred this morning. I felt pretty strong today. I work later than normal this evening so I will have to find something to do this evening. Hmmmm....gotta think about that.
  • Day 5 in the bag. I had to split up the dips today. I really hope I see some great improvements in those triceps, because they are WEAK!
  • D4L2 is done. I have to say that I enjoy level 2 more, even though it is more challenging. I found level 1 to be boring (again, although it was challenging). All done for today.
