thanks for the replies. thats a good idea to make stuff ahead of time.. i might do the salad mix thing and a few other things.. not a bad idea. i just need to be making healthy eating/cooking easy to do so i stick with it until it becomes habit

i have the same problem! bought cream cheese then we decided to cut out bagels this week so we have an extra tub too! dont want it to go bad...
