Sounds good to me. I wouldn't worry about exact percentages of macros, just hit minimums instead. I'm not sure you'll be able to gain at 200 above TDEE. When I did it, I ate about 500 above, gaining a half pound a week.

This is really HIS problems not hers. He has a HUGE natural advantage when it comes to strength, if he's not using it, sucks to be him. My husband is the same height and weight as me but no way could I ever overpower him.

I put on muscle pretty easily. Look. I put on 14lbs .... of not all muscle. Eating 2500-3000 calories a day. Lifting heavy weights 2 to 5 days a week.

I'm 5'9" and 160lbs. I had to eat 3000 calories a day to gain weight (I went from 150 to 160). Start w/ 2000. Keep adding 200 calories every 2 weeks until you gain what you want.

I agree that her body is very lovely. The latex undies are very unflattering. The tongue is very very weird and I'd say gross. But Lady Gaga's body is glorious and much closer to my personal preference.

I only wear them going to and from the gym. But I find sports bras incredibly uncomfortable and un-flattering so I wouldn't want to wear them often anyway.

OP, you're only 22. How long have you been married and how much weight has he possibly gained? This is such a minor little bump. You can't let something as silly as a little weight gain cause marriage problems so early.

We get to carry a higher weight, but not actual body fat percentage. 5lbs on a 100lb 5' tall woman is 5%. 5lbs on my, 160lbs and 5'9" is only 3.1%.

1.4 lbs could easily be water weight. Give it a couple more weeks before you change anything.
