I have been running for awhile now..like OCT 2010 but i haven't even been doing that much :\ ... i figure i might start with 20 mins a day on the bike cuz that's better than nothing i guess

I have been eating low carb and running almost everyday. I started Insanity last week as well and next week i will start sprinting 2 days out the week, running 3 days out the week, and doing yoga and walking on weekeneds
