Started 30 Day shred! Excited!
I am proud to say i FINALLY started day 1 of the 30 day shred! I can see why so many of you do it! It's not too long at all but gets you sweating! After awhile, i start to lose my attention span with long DVDs. I'm glad this one is short and sweet and to the point. I'm anticipating the 30 day results that's she's promising
