NSV! I can do jumping jacks!

Hey MFP , it's been awhile since I posted in the forum but I stalk the success stories constantly to keep me motivated
Today I had a NSV where I was able to do jumping jacks without it being painful. That is a huge accomplishment for me because I am heavy chested.
I also wear 2 bras now because my sports bra is a tad too big for me now so I need a smaller one to keep the girls in line
