Pssh .. my boobs are my whole motivation! Not only do i want to loose them, but i want to reshape them as well with wait training.. i can't WAIT for them to be GONE!! I WANT THEM OUTTA HERE!!! .. I just have to perk them back up... they are not worth the hassle :explode:

I think it really depends on what the person is doing. Like you said, if you working out, of course you are gonna be hungry. When i work out, 1200 cals is not enuf even though my limit is 1350. I havent worked out in 2 weeks and 1350 is more than enough for me because very seldom do i finish the whole thing. But see when i…

Yea i eat like my life depends on it.. the week before is the actual struggle, not so much the week of. I eat and eat and eat but now that im trying to get all this under control, its even harder. I wouldn't dare step on a scale right now.

I was totally thinking about getting the oreo or chips ahoy 100 calorie packs but 1.) trying to ween off sugar and 2,) i never eat just one.. i always eat like 4 of them ..lol

Im a sugar addict as well! But im gradually coming off of sugar. I didn't know how bad it was until i stopped eating it. It was crazy! You have to ween yourself off of it little by little

Its not that i don't work out at all because i do. I started running in October and have been running sense, i just took a break for the past 2 weeks. But i def plan on getting back to it, i was just curious

I didn't just jump in though. I prepped myself for a whole month and 2 weeks for that workout! I was running everyday for a hour up until the time i decided to do it and it was still hard! I felt so outta shape and i had made amazing progress with my runs

I love fruit! I could eat fruit all day but it still doesnt quench that cravings. Maybe i should try making smoothies to kick the habit

Welcome to the MFP fam! we are all about support here and this is an excellent place to start.. you just have to stick with it! Also add tons of friends so we can overflow your mail box with email notifications when you disappear.. lol

My daily cals are 1350 but when i workout, i add more too it so most of the time, i eat over that cuz i have earned cals from my workouts
