I understand where u guys are going at.. and I agree. I do treat myself every now and then. I get tired of chicken this way and that way. I think I am just in a I want to feel sorry for myself mood.

thank you everyone for the feedback.. My kids are 9 and 11. they do keep up and we ride back and forth to their school and yes, it does have hills. I unfortunately have a few ailments... an achilles tendon replacement for starters and riding the bike hurts waaaaay less than walking and we find that more fun.

ditto.. I cannot do the jumping jacks due to achilles injury, so I choose to do kettlebell swings in its place!

level 2 is harder, but i felt I got a better work out... then my birthday came and I got a new bike,,, havent done Jillian since then. :( Good Luck and hope to join the shredders again!

another suggestion I have for u is to track everything, everyday. Im not sure when you started tracking but there is only a couple days completely full for all the times. I know that if I dont track everything I will think to myself, well i know its not that much calories and believe me they add up. Also make sure you are…

i added my sodium intake to my food charting so i could keep a better eye on it. Its helps alot.
