Most of the time I don't get my dinner until an hour before I'm going to bed due to work, gym, etc. It doesn't seem to make any difference to me.

I have 500ml of skimmed milk and 25 grams of cheddar cheese every day and I have no problems. It cover my calcium needs for the day and helps with protein, plus I love it! Why would it be bad for you?

Unless your doctor has banned it from your diet for a specific reason or you are on strict prep countdown for a show/competition etc I don't see why you wouldn't just have the chocolate.
