Yes i bought it a couple of years ago and i have to say i absolutely loved it!! Now i am not a bodybuilder or fitness fanatic so granted im prob not the best person to ask but i found it really helpful with loads of good fitness and nutritional info in it. I would recommend it to anyone!!

Look don't worry about it too much, we all do it at some point. The main thing is to make sure you don't let it spiral, just jump straight back onto the horse, which is what you have done. Just draw a line under it and forget about it. Happens to the best of us! :flowerforyou:
