  • My fiance is in the same boat. He is waay underweight and can't seem to gain or feel hungry. I am the opposite. He finds that running makes him hungry and he is sure to eat breakfast, which makes him feel hungrier at lunch. Carbs are a great thing in his case (especially in soups) followed by fruits.
