New, support, gain weight/lose weight

hi everyone, im new.
A lot of you are here because you want to lose weight,
Guess what.. I am trying to gain some weight. Maybe you dont
Believe it, but i find it very hard to gain weight.
I would love to gain some weight, that's how i found
The My fitness pal app, i am making this topic, hoping that
You guys will support me and i sure will support you all.
We all are here for the same reason, we want to
Change something about our weight.

    My fiance is in the same boat. He is waay underweight and can't seem to gain or feel hungry. I am the opposite.

    He finds that running makes him hungry and he is sure to eat breakfast, which makes him feel hungrier at lunch. Carbs are a great thing in his case (especially in soups) followed by fruits.
