I have a protein Shake for breakfast as I don't like having a heavy meal in the mornings. I workout in the evenings and then have dinner...just before bed. I average 2.5-3.75lbs loss per week. I still have 5-6 meals per day thou. as cobaltis says...Works for me :-)

When I was a competing triathlete back in the late '80s my resting heart rate was around 48-50. Fast track to last year it was 65-70 before I had an epithany to change my lifestyle and lose weight/get fit. Today after 5 months of running 3x/wk and weight training 4x/wk it is 42!! Not too shabby with my recovery HR too!! :-)

I put a towel down at the gym on the equipment, and use spray wipe that the gym has provided, after completing an exercise. We have sweaty pores over the majority of our skin including our behinds!! So it's inevitable we leave an impression. Anyone who works out hard will. Good on you for working out hard I say!!!! :-)

Click on the FOOD tab on the MFP website then click on the DATABASE tab. Type in Chai Latte and click SEARCH, the box below it will populate with all the different Chai Latte's. Then its easy to add to your diary. Its similar if you use the MFP iPhone app also. Hope that helps!! :happy:

First I've heard of next gen..I'm strength training at Jett's Royal Oak and Jett's else where in NZ when traveling. I jog three times a week and would like to find a training buddy if your around the 7:30min/km pace. I'm knocking off ~15s/km every 3-4weeks.

I weigh in my sunroom in a tshirt and briefs (so I don't scare the neighbors!). I weigh right after I use the toilet and before I eat or drink anything. I'll do this Thursday, Friday & Saturday mornings, recording the lowest as official.

Can anyone say 'PHOTOSHOPPED' !!! That much focused wind on the face would cause turbulence and ruffle their clothes, yet nothing is visibly ruffled. Also the hair angles are forced. Not a bad attempt but still photoshopped! Thanks for sharing!! :-)

My Grandparents were ginger, skipped my mom, I have ginger tendencies, less obvious the older I get. My daughter (15) and late son(16) were pure ginger.
