Just to clarify, I think what ACG and I trying to say is that yes, we do agree that those are good, nutritious foods. I don't disagree. :smile: I tell myself to just eat good calories from nutrient-dense foods, and burn those calories with activity. I refuse to fall into the trap of fads and "claims"... again. :blushing: (guilty)

The only true fat burner of which I know works is eating well balanced meals and getting my buttox off the couch. =) I just love real grapefruit because it makes me feel like I'm eating those Sour Patch candies without all the guilt. Why do you think some sources claim it to be a "fat burner?"

I add it to my afternoon, pre-run proteing shakes. 1 packet of Lean Body Chocolate protein powder, 2 TBSP of powdered peanut butter, 1 large banana. Blend with ice and water. Feels like I'm having quite a treat but it counts as my meal. You can also mix 2 TBSP with 1 TBSP of water and spread it on celery or a banana.
