  • A diet too low in fat can cause hair loss. (especially if you eliminated it quickly) Your hair folicles require soem fat for natural lubrication. Like someone already mentioned, adding healthy fats to your diet is important. (olive oil, nuts, seeds, fish)
  • plain greek yogurt (0%M.F.) apples and natural peanut butter walnuts baby carrots and hummus protein powder - chocolate!
  • Usually a company has to have a certain percentage of that product natural to put that stamp on it. That being said, I'm in Canada, and I know we're a bit more regulated :S
  • Companies don't have to specify what is "light" about the product. It could be fat, which they want us to think. Or it could mean a lighter colour or a lighter texture compared to the regular product.
  • I' m addicted....3 days a week I do 3 hours of boxing. I wish I could do 6 days because I don't feel like I do enough on the "non-boxing" days.
