  • I actually think this is one of the better programs for someone with a lot of weight to lose to do. You can go at your own pace and modify most moves. Also, don't be afraid to do each level for 3 weeks instead of 2. I've done this with good results.
  • After a while you'll love fast feet! I actually look forward to them now (although I still loathe running man)! Definitely take your measurements, you'll notice results there more than the scale during phase 1.
