Tried posting several times, keeps saying "topic is locked"...boo trying again. I am new to this and apparently all thumbs here. Behind in mileage thhis month, kids driving me nuts. New here... I'm IN!! I am on vacation for a few weeks this month, nad I need this to keep me on track! July I will shoot for 80 Miles runnning/walking. I will not count regular pedometer activity, only intentional walks/runs. THANKS!!

I started this on Sunday...I had a nice 3 day streak going then Scott came home. GRR!! :) Me: 3 LNS 1 *Though I still stayed under calorie for the day so I will call that good! Looking to top my initial 3 day streak of wins ;)

WOW...newbie here but this topic seriously caught my eye! 8:20...right now. 8:20 is my cutt off. No more food. Water is good ;) Next month, I'll push it to 8pm;) No reason to be eating after 8pm, and generally anything I eat after 8...is garbage anyway :( Thanks for this...empowering, inspiring and helpful!!
