I'm game. I can commit to 30 minutes a day. I wanted to try to make it to an hour 3-4 days a week, but you have to start somewhere.

My first goal is to lose 50 lbs. I don't want to put too high of a number up, so that I don't get discouraged. Feel free to add me, I too have a long way to go.

i have not been as dedicated to team yellow as I should have but, I am back. I have been working out and eating half way right this week. I did not do well on the 5000 cals burned for last week. My goal for Week 2 is 2340. I am weighing in at 234.1 I have not seen any post from anyone on Team Green, Have I been missing them? Is there a spreadsheet to look at?

I think you should try to incorporate more fruits and veggies in to your eating plan which will absorb some of those extra calories that you have left over.

I'm so tired of starting over. I want this to not only be a diet but, a way of life for the rest of my life. I also feel like I need to begin to set an example for my daughter with good diet and exercise habits that I should have set years ago. "It is never too late to change."
