Your belly looks a bit smaller to me. I know that when I lose weight it comes off from the top to the bottom. I see it first in my face, then chest, then belly and last in the bottom (which is where I carry all of my weight).

This is not only very interesting but also slightly depressing - my body fat % is more than half of my weight!! Ugh. Okay, I'm working to change that.
