  • Sounds like we have similar eating habits.. mostly vegetarian, but the occasional seafood. (love some salmon, shrimp, and i'm a serious sushi addict :)

  • Low fat cottage cheese (I add blueberries or some organic unsweetened apple sauce and cinnimon) Greek Yogurt. I recently discovered that you can add 0cal ranch seasoning to non fat plain greek yogurt to make a super healthy ranch dip for veggies.
