Sounds like we have similar eating habits.. mostly vegetarian, but the occasional seafood. (love some salmon, shrimp, and i'm a serious sushi addict :)

Low fat cottage cheese (I add blueberries or some organic unsweetened apple sauce and cinnimon) Greek Yogurt. I recently discovered that you can add 0cal ranch seasoning to non fat plain greek yogurt to make a super healthy ranch dip for veggies.

GREAT JOB!! I am also a self-proclaimed Zumba addict. Best workout ever because it's fun and you don't feel like your working out!! Definitely something that doesn't get old. Keep up the good work!!

Gushers!! and those Squeeze-it Gel drinks.. like drinking jello. not positive if they aren't made anymore, just know I haven't seen them in YEARS!! And I also had a mini-mental breakdown when i temporarily couldn't find Chi-Chi's Original Recipe salsa.. but they brought it back so all is well :)

I use Garden Of Life's Raw Protein. I like it alot, but I haven't tried anything else either. Flavorless, but slightly chalky, as I figure most are. 80 cal per scoop with included probiotics.

You can't un-do it. You had a day of indulgence and enjoyment! I think we need those every once in awhile so we don't feel deprived. I would just get back on track and do exactly what you were doing the day before. Maybe just eat a little on the lighter side. I know when I over-eat, I feel like I have a rock in my stomach…
