You probably should go with me, so you can also get a refund for yourself.

You should know... you'be been around since his time

That explains why your face looks the way it does

Big and round stuffed with protein? Dude... I told you prison would be bad for you

Not all of us were equipped with a nose like yours to go around sniffing our way from place to place

You're going to have one hell of a tan line on your face... but hey, if I were you, I would cover my face too

Let me get this straight... The scotts know about cell phones? When did herding sheep become the thing of the past?
-
So redheads are now using Creative in place of Pyscho?

I am now after seeing your profile pict

Plaid? Really? what year is this? I'd rather go shirtless

Chazzy-chazz... don't even try to act like you're one of the cool kids

HAHAHA... agreed! That's exactly why I don't do it at the gym... I already look like a goofball doing regular workouts. I reserve my Interval training for my runs outside tucked in the back of a trail somewhere... definitely not in a crowded gym where everyone can stare at me with the look of fear on their faces wondering…

Actually "you can only build them up or break them down" is also an oversimplification. I hope you're not thinking I'm too stupid or that I don't have a clue by telling me I need to break my muscles down and build them up. Because really it's Muscular Hypertrophy? No? There are two different types of muscular hypertrophy:…

There are other ways to be active besides the gym. For example, don't go looking for the closest parking spot, use the stairs instead of an escalator, wash your car with a water hose instead of taking it to a car wash... just try to fit in as many little things you can during the day and it'll all add up. Just do what you…

I sit at a desk all day too. I always have water sitting on my desk so I take swigs often to keep me occuppied. I also make sure not to carry pocket change while work to remove the option of hitting up the vending machine. The last thing I'll do is spread my snacks and lunch out during the day. I won't actually have a full…

I do both... I try to find buy organic frozed dinners with fewer additives. But they are always packed with sodium. As long as you keep your overall numbers in check I believe you can still be healthy regardless of which path you take. Of course this is in my opinion and based off of what has worked for me. Mixing my fresh…

IMO: I feel your cal intake and macro nutrients goals should be used as a guideline only. as long as you're pretty consistent on being within range you'll be fine. I think it's nearly impossible to really know a concrete number since everyone's lifestyle is different and everyone's body is unique. The BMR equations along…

I eat more on my training days... but I don't scrutinize over matching my extra cal intake per cals burned during training. I eat more just so I have the fuel to get a good work out and a decent intake for my recovery period. That way I don't feel wiped out during and after.

I eat 5 meals a day all around the same amount of cals per meal. I'll time my carbs/protein cals depending on if its a training day or not and when I'm going to train that day. Eating smaller meals frequently has been more beneficial for me than trying to eat fewer big meals or lumping the majority of my cals to a certain…

I have the Polar FT60 also. I'm not sure about the other polar models, but the FT60 will perform a aerobic fitness test (the literature says its comparable to a V02max, maximal oxygen uptake test) to calculate your training calories.

I'm using cardio trainer also! Awesome app for logging miles... plus it'll chime in with your speed/pace/mileage during your run so you don't have to look down. Edit: Sorry, didn't finish reading your post... It's great for outdoor exercise for recording. but you can manually enter in your training session info too....

I love my kindle... It's super convenient. I'm currently reading 4 books right now. Unbroken: A World War II Story of Survival, Resilience, and Redemption by Laura Hillenbrand is my favorite one on my reading list. I also subscribe to a handful of awesome blogs.

As a few have mentioned already... I put mine in the oven... I also have a personal Weber Gas Grill that does a quick and easy job too!

What height are you? 5'7" What the heaviest you have been? 275 ish How about the lightest? 181 Do you find any weight you do have on, over what's considered average for your height, shows hard out? Do you feel that your lack of height is almost like your enemy? Hell yes! I feel like a hamster running on its wheel compared…
