Pulling some slices of bread out of the bag that are covered in mold to make a sandwich...and you just made and ate every bit of one the day before!

Sounds perfect... you can finish off with a bacon sundae!

guys have the same problem sometimes also, I know I do... I always end up with girls that walk all over me... as soon as she starts the water works I get roped back in... I guess that's why I have one hell of a wall up now... I don't let anyone get close anymore... I've become extremely good at keeping myself in the…

go with a slow release protein (cassein) takes your body longer to digest, so it'll help keep you full longer and works awesome as a meal replacement. I use Stynrax Matix protein. Low on sugar/carbs. Great amount of protein... My favorite thing to do is mix it with some oatmeal in a blender... keeps me full all morning.

I'm never hungry at breakfast.... I mix oatmeal and protein powder in a blender in the morning... I'm full until 11 am... I eat breakfast at 7 am.... if I don't have my oatmeal protein shake in the morning I either end up starving by the end of the day and end up stuffing my face within hours before bed, then I can sleep…

Unless sleep is a food.... No, not directly but it does have a huge impact on your bodies ability to function correctly, including energy stores and digestion and development

YEEESSSSSSSSSSS!!!! I do that all the time!!!! Pisses off my trainer, and he thinks I'm not working hard enough, so he'll push me even harder! lmao!!! I'm happy to hear someone else does it too!

I do a manual setting... I use BMR with activity factor equations that include my Body Fat % for normal regular daily activities... then I use my HRM to calculate my exercise cals.... I like to cross reference my goal setting with more than one bmr/rmr equation and take an average. I'll change my goals everytime I have a…

no no no... i think some of you are reading me wrong... I was talking about a filter... like a personal setting filter when browsing to omit them... I understand it's important to ya'll... but these topics are scattered EVERYWHERE.... I'm not saying it shouldn't be allowed or banned... but it would be nice to have the…

what if you're on just a all corn diet? since it really doesn't digest... there's really no need to wipe??? LMAO.... sorry... had to, it was on Tosh.0 not too long ago =-)

I'm like that with my other veggies too... I don't put any seasoning or butter on my broccoli, peas, green beans, etc....
-
I do this all the time... I'm always moving food around and swapping ideas to get my totals balanced. LOL on the same note... When you spend more time balancing your food log totals than you do balancing your bank accounts!!!
-
Your RMR is what you burn while sleeping... I wouldn't use that at all for creating your goals. I would stick with using a BMR equation with a activity factor for your normal daily activities. Then create your deficit from that and then balance your total intake at the end of the day to compensate for your exercise cals.

I wouldn't worry about a time frame... I would seriously just aim to become healthier.... it's not a race. If you make it a race and feel like you're not going to be first... it could sabbotage your whole reason for becoming healthier. Just work on eating better and being more active and the rest will follow. It's a…

Just don't eat a ton of garlic before working out... trust me... same result as with drinking tons of water! but then again, if you workout with vampires, not a problem!

I like doing both... I warm-up with cardio to get my HR up before my lift. If I go straight into lifting, my heart rate is much tougher to keep at an elevated state. So a quick 20 min cardio session helps sustain a certain zone for me. I also do cardio right after my lifting session is complete. I don't like doing it all…
