It's powdered peanut butter.... they pretty much press all the oil out of the peanuts leaving a low calorie PB powder. It's great stuff, I love mixing it into my protein shakes and smoothies.

Plus you get a great arm workout everytime you open a brand new jar of natural PB and Almond Butter. Should I log the calories burned for mixing up that new jar?

Negative... unless that's all you eat all day!!! There's not enough fat/cholesterol per egg to limit yourself 1 egg a day or 3 a week... Just watch your total nutrient intake a go from there. If everything is in the green, eat as many as you want!!

BE CONSISTENT!!! Keep your head in the game, keep an eye on your nutrition, stay active, stay determined... everything else will follow!

It never gets easier for me... I constantly keep my heart rate between 75-85% of my max while running... I just keep pushing harder and harder to maintain that training zone... I'm getting faster and can run longer... but it never gets any easier per se.

Agreed... this is a bad idea, Is not safe to create a daily deficit greater than 1000 cals.... and a 1000 is pushing it! You're going to seriously hurt yourself by eating way low and working out hard....

I give my self a coupon for a weekly cheat meal where I eat whatever I want... I won't even log it... Having a cheat meal wont hurt you as long as you stay committed and consistent throughout the week. Don't be so hard on yourself. You be consistent and everything will follow. It's not a race!

I allow myself a single cheat meal once a week.... I won't even log the food for that meal. Granted "I allow myself" one, I won't always use that "coupon". It all depends on if I feel like having that meal that week. I found it keeps me away from cravings... and it gives me something to look forward to for keeping my head…
