I always try to eat my calories back the same day... your body is looking for replenishment after a highly active day. but that's what I like to do... it works best for me, but other's maybe not

I agree with most here... you definitely need to get your calories up. You should only be running with a deficit between 500-1000. I couldn't believe I use to workout without my Polar FT60... it definitely makes me work harder. I don't let my mind tell me how tired I am now, I workout according to what my heart is doing. One of the best purchases I have ever made.

I think guys are having a really hard time answering this one!!! I'm disturbed that I actually thought about it for a second before I convinced myself its not normal to think about things like that! LOL I'm not sure if I could look at myself in the mirror in the morning as if I woke up with a complete stranger in the bed.
