Well in my class when they do burpess.. I replace with either jumping jacks, high knees, mountain climbers or anything cardio. Squats.. you can replace any other but toning thing.. donkey kicks, pelvic thrust or standing kick backs.

some say 1500 cals is 1500 cals. But really think it is in your food choices as well! You may lose weight staying in your calorie intake but losing your belly will take a much more thought process with your food. and keep up with the cardio!! lots of water try adding lemon and cucumber to help with bloating.

^^^^ up your daily calories. 1200 is NOT enough. are you set to lose more than 1lb a week. If so change it to 1 lb a week to lose. And try eating at that for a few weeks. But truely you should at least be eating your BMR. <<<google BMR calc

I always log as much as possible... just I dont get out of the habit. But I also agree with setting your goal to maintain, not to lose.
